Battery Stackers are perfect for raising and lowering loads up to 5 Tone, most stackers are complete with forks and act in a similar way to forklifts, others specs load regarded tables for positioning. Regularly utilized for lifting pallets, we also offer our ‘straddle’ leg models to enable the selection of pallets right off the floor, stackers can also be used to lift further loads and we supply a variety of attachments from booms to cradles and lifting points.

Battery Stackers are functioned by the user pumping a lever much like a pallet truck though in some cases instead of the forks being higher by a jack they are lifted using a link chain or in certain cases a wire cable connected to a winch, often known as a winch stacker.

Wrap Over Forks

The Stacker above has a slight wrap over forks which makes it very sturdy and perfect for use with the open base pallets, though, the wrap over forks prevents it from lowering a pallet as the pallet will sit on top of its own straddle legs, also, when lifting a pallet will cause the pallet to break!  To overcome this problem, the closed base pallet could either be lowered onto wooden blocks or a more favorable option is to lower it onto an open base pallet.

Stacker Leg

The Hydraulic Straddle Leg Stacker makes moving, lifting, loading, and unloading simpler and faster. Stackers are a pace up from the traditional Pallet Truck and take the load out of lifting pallets as well as moving them. The straddle design allows for an extensive range of pallets to be used with the stacker without the anxiety of breaking the pallet.

Semi Electric Stacker

The Manual Platform Stacker is a practical lifting method that can also be used as a working platform. The platform runs on lifting the carriage up and down on a chrome-plated tubular frame, with simple operation lifting with a folding knob and lowering with a manual valve.
